Stumpy and the Pace Car

The Pace Car, featuring Stumpy! He drums! He drums like a freaking fiend! Well he is a fiend. Part of Fletus' Goons, he's a support vehicle in a possessed drumset car. It is surprisingly hard to make a good looking drumset car. I'll keep working on it.
